Oral communications and posters instructions

First step : Call for abstracts

Extended Deadline for submission  : 07^th of December 2023.

1. Create a personal account

2. Go to "AUTHOR ZONE"

3. Complete the Abstract form

4. Drop off your abstract in word format in the box (bottom of the Abstract form)

• All abstracts must be written in English.

• By submitting the abstract, the submitting author officially declares he has the consent of all co-authors.

• The submitting person will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is in charge to inform the co-authors about the status of the abstract.

• The following information must be reported on the abstract and dropped off on the website : Title, Name, given name initials, full address and the email for the corresponding author, the title, a summary of 400 words, preferred session. The "abstract_template.doc" is available at the bottom of the Abstract form.  

• The content of the abstract must be relevant to the topic of the symposium.

• The author will have to confirm his agreement to present an oral communication or a poster, if selected (1 oral presentation maximum per presenting author).

• The title of abstract should be short but descriptive. Title should be no longer than the "Title Field"(maximum 25 words).

• The abstract must use correct grammar and punctuation.

• No commercial names (brand names, product names) should be mentioned in the abstract title.

Second step : After abstract selection

Deadline for update : End of february 2024.

After selection, an updated version of the abstracts can be dropped off by the website.

The abstract book will be edited and distributed to all the participants of One H 2024. The abstract book will include the abstracts of oral communications and posters.

The abstract includes: Title / Authors / Introduction / Material and methods / Results / Conclusion. A table or figure can be added, as long as the abstact stays one page long.

Go to www.oneh2024.fr / your personal account:

• The updated abstracts have to be dropped off before the end of February 2024.

• The abstracts will be edited in the book of abstracts (pdf file versions).

• The authors who will present oral communications or posters have to register as soon as possible. The presenting authors will have to pay the registration fee before the 29^th of March 2024.

• The abstract will be published only if one of the authors is registered to the symposium One H 2024.
  
  

Oral Presentation

You will have 10 mn for your presentation and 5 minutes for questions.

For the flash talks, you will have 3 mn for your presentation and 2 minutes for questions.

The Powerpoint presentation must be in 16/9 format.

Posters

All the posters will be displayed during the three days of the symposium in the poster room.

The authors have to bring their poster.

The size maximum of the posters is: length 0,95 m x high 1,10 mm (portrait). 

The attachment system will be provided by the organization.
